The Conference is organised within the scientific events celebrating the 30^th anniversary of “George Bacovia” University in Bacau, held between November 7^th and 11^th, 2022, and is a major scientific event that promotes inter and transdisciplinarity, being addressed to all those involved in scientific research and economic and administrative practice.

The purpose of the Conference is to create a framework to facilitate the transfer of the results of scientific research to the economic and administrative environment and a relevant dialogue between the academic environments, representatives of the private environment and of the public administration to identify possible solutions to current challenges.

Registration and participation in the Conference

Anyone interested in the topic of the Conference can participate in the conference proceedings in plenary and in sections.

Registration for the Conference in order to present scientific communications is done online on the Easy chair platform of George Bacovia University in Bacău, https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=etc8.

ETC 8/2022 is a hybrid event format for researchers who wish to present a paper. Therefore, the parallel sessions will have their own online rooms. The papers will be presented either in Romanian or English.

The main objectives of the Conference are:

• Presentation, dissemination and promotion of scientific results in the field;

• Stimulating innovation and raising awareness of the economic and administrative environment regarding the importance of applying scientific results;

• Consultation of experts in the field regarding the current challenges and identification of new topics of scientific research;

• Mediating direct cooperation between the university and the economic environment for increasing the quality of human capital;

• Improving the quality of scientific research and debates by promoting nationally and internationally recognized specialists;

• Strengthening the role of academic scientific research in economic development by addressing topics of maximum relevance;

• Publication of the research presented at the conference in the Economy Transdisciplinarity Cognition Journal, indexed in the following international databases: Index Copernicus; Cabell’s; ProQuest; EBSCO; SCIPIO; Cite Factor (Academic Scientific Journals).
